Comviva’s Mobile Data Platform enables mobile service providers to handle the growing mobile data challenge – of growing user expectations and rapidly rising data volumes but disproportionate revenue growth.

Comviva’s mobiquity™ mobile financial services solution won an award at the mBillionth South Asia Awards 2010 in recognition of the transformative effect it has on extending mobile financial services to unbanked and underbanked segments among the mobile subscriber base in South Asia.

Mobile Messaging Congress 2010

Award for the Best Mobile Financial Services Solution

Comviva’s mobiquity™ mobile financial services solution won the award for the Best Mobile Financial Services Solution at the Global Mobile Messaging Congress UK, an event organized by Informa. The jury recognized Comviva for the innovative use of USSD technology to democratize access to financial services access in Africa. 

INFOCOM CMAI National Telecom Award 2010

Award for Excellence in Export of Managed Services

Held annually, the CMAI and INFOCOM National Telecom Awards aim to identify and recognize outstanding contributions in the field of information and communication technology.

Comviva won the CMAI and INFOCOM National Telecom Award for its Managed VAS Services, which it provides to both greenfield and established operators and which enables operators to provide a superior service experience to end customers – enhancing revenues and building customer loyalty.

Comviva won the award for the ‘Best Outsourcing Initiative’ for its Managed VAS Services offering.  Comviva won the award for ‘Best Software Solution’ for its Virtual SIM solution. This is the fourth award that Virtual SIM has won in the past year.

Golden Peacock Award for Innovation 2010

Award for Mobile Internet Gateway

Comviva won the Golden Peacock Award for Innovation 2010 for its Mobile Internet Gateway (MIG) solution, which enables operators to deliver an accelerated, optimized mobile Internet experience to end users. MIG enables operators to extend a ‘real’ web experience to mobile users without smartphones, broadening the reach of the Internet to new segments.

The Golden Peacock Award, inaugurated by India’s Institute of Directors, is one of the highest accolades of excellence in the areas of innovation, quality, training, governance and CSR and is judged by a jury of leading figures from the world of business, politics and social responsibility.
