Pawan S. Kulkarni

Pawan has over 25 years of rich industry experience in the technology industry across software development, product management, P&L management, quality assurance, customer operations functions.   In leadership roles across functions, he has led transformational projects and driven organisational growth.

In his current role as Chief Quality officer, he is responsible for establishing and maintaining robust quality management processes and ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience.  Pawan leads a team of skilled professionals and implements best practices to ensure that software products meet stringent quality standards. Pawan’s focus on continuous improvement strategies,  “customer first” and process-oriented approach enables him to drive excellence across all aspects of software development, delivery, and support.

Before joining Comviva, he held senior roles at Jataayu Software, Pentasoft Technologies and PAM Pharmaceuticals and allied machinery.  Pawan holds a PGDM from IMER Karnataka and a Bachelor of Engineering from Gogte Institute of Technology, Karnataka
