As Chief Financial Officer at Comviva, Ramutar Goel is a seasoned financial executive with over 25 years of expertise in steering corporate financial strategies. Having joined Comviva in 2008, he has been instrumental in fortifying the company’s financial foundation and spearheading its growth trajectory. 

Ramutar’s oversight encompasses critical domains including financial planning, compliance, risk management, revenue assurance, Tax planning and contract governance. His strategic leadership has been pivotal in enhancing operational efficiency and driving profitable growth with high focus on linking operations to financial metrices to drive operational efficiency and performance orientation.

Before his journey with Comviva, Ramutar built a strong track record through leadership roles at prominent technology companies including GlobalLogic, Sapient,  Aricent and R Systems. These experiences refined his expertise in strategic financial operations.

A graduate of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India with a Bachelor of Commerce degree and executive management from IIM Bangalore, Ramutar combines his academic foundation with extensive practical experience.
