Vaishnavi Shukla

Vaishnavi is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Comviva and is responsible for the company’s global people strategy and operations. With over 15 years of extensive experience in diverse human resources roles, Vaishnavi excels in creating thriving, connected, diverse, and strategically aligned teams within a hybrid working environment.

Prior to joining Comviva, Vaishnavi held senior HR position at Hero MotoCorp, where she played key roles in shaping the organization’s human resources functions. Throughout her career, Vaishnavi has demonstrated strong leadership skills and has successfully led various aspects of HR, including HR Transformation, employee culture, capability development, and employee development initiatives.

Vaishnavi holds a Master of Business Administration from ISBM Pune. Additionally, she has completed Executive education from ISB Hyderabad
